MINCE & TATTIES 1/2 SYN PER PORTION I’ve been making this recipe for years it’s a family favourite & my kids absolutely love it ❤️ I love a good bowlful of mince & tatties it’s just so easy to make 👄 Serves 4 🌸 500g minced beef 5% 🌸 2 Onions 🌸 4 Carrots 🌸 500ml of beef stock I use 2 beef oxo cubes 🌸 1 Tbsp cornflour mixed with 3 Tsp of cold water to make a paste ( 1.5 SYNS ) 🌸 Skin on new potatoes 🌸 Broccoli In a lidded pan add in your minced beef & dry fry until browned then add in onio
