Here's a lively musical number from a rather obscure Warner Bros. cartoon. Pinto Colvig (better known as the voice of Goofy for the Disney studio) voices the leader of a gang of hobo dogs. The cartoon itself is pretty much just a string of gags about the hobo culture of the Great Depression era, which was coming to an end by 1939, when it was released.
