Russia’s President Vladimir Putin visited the town of Beslan in Russia's republic of North Ossetia where he commemorated the memory of the victims of the 2004 deadly school siege. The Russian president laid flowers and kneeled down at the memorial where over 250 of more than 300 victims of the siege are buried.
