Design wise, this router doesn't look like a router - it looks like a "Chonky Pill" with a blue LED ring around the top to indicate it is working. That's it. Doesn't have any flashing LED's to annoy you. The router also has a built in speaker (which makes a nice chime to indicate it has booted) along with a fan blowing upwards to dissipate heat.

Oct 14, 2024 · Stopped at the BP in Tirau. 10 Charging bays. Connected up, went inside and bought an Ice Cream, came back out and checked my messages. 5 minutes charge ~135kW/h into my MG4, ~90km range added for ~$10. So easy. Nice place to stop and well laid out.

Jul 18, 2023 · The latest generation of Spark routers (SM2, SM3 and SM5G) are more likely to get firmware updates. The nature of the updates is generally minor fixes of various features. For previous generation equipment I guess you can never say never, but less likely. Please note that this is just my view/opinion etc.
