UT Health San Antonio - The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio (Official/Regental name)

The UT Health San Antonio logo is a combination of the symbol (the Alamo shield) with the logotype (the name of the institution). This is the cornerstone of our visual identity. In logo form the symbol and the logotype should always be spaced and aligned as shown in these guidelines.

The UT Health San Antonio brand identifies us as a thought leader in the world of academic health centers. The visual identity communicates what the university is and what it represents through our colors, fonts, logo system, photography and design.

While the icon part of our new logo (shown on the following page) conveys that we are an academic health center based in San Antonio, and that we are related to the UT System, the logotype reinforces that we are all about “health.” The font is Goudy, which is classic, prestigious and very legible.

Nov 7, 2016 · Our new logo has been created as a visual framework through which all parts of our university can be presented with the strength of a unified look and feel. The new logo will soon be customized for our five schools and four clinical practices.
