Oct 18, 2016 · Sorry guys, pikachu's tail has always been yellow with brown at the bottom. Been a hardcore fan for almost 20 years.

I promise people are misremembering it because Pikachu never had a black tip. The base of its tail is brown, a lot of kids would draw him incorrectly back then. I have old drawings from 2000-2005 of Pikachu and nope, yellow tail.

Apr 11, 2017 · I'm a huge Pokèmon fan (Even to this day). I can easily name all first 15p Pokèmon, and I can tell you that I 100% remember him always having a yellow tail, with a bit of brown where the tail started. Nothing but yellow was on the tip.
