May 24, 2021 · I have the Logitech G332 headset and the Realtek(R) Audio driver installed on device manager, but in my control panel under sound and recording, it says "Jack Mic" isn't plugged in even though my audio still works fine. I'm not sure why Realtek isn't detecting my mic.

Dec 23, 2017 · All my drivers are up to date, the troubleshooter can't find the issue and I have my system notify me when an audio device is plugged in so I can choose headset. When I go to recording devices, the only mic settings there are the one for my laptop that's built in, even tho I have display disabled devices enabled. I can't figure out the problem.

Dec 28, 2017 · My microphone insists on playing back through my headphones even though the radio button "Listen to this Device" is unchecked. The sound is less echoey than when Listen is checked, but it is still there for sure. This problem did not exist yesterday -- it all worked fine before and responded to the listen button properly.

If I unplug the headphone plug, and unplug then re-plug in the microphone cord, the microphone will work; Upon re-inserting the headphone cord, the microphone cuts off and the headphones work. I tried the microphone on a separate PC and it worked perfectly fine.
