Headset Mic not working with Realtek Audio Driver
May 24, 2021 · I have the Logitech G332 headset and the Realtek(R) Audio driver installed on device manager, but in my control panel under sound and recording, it says "Jack Mic" isn't plugged in even though my audio still works fine. I'm not sure why Realtek isn't detecting my mic.

When you connect your headset with microphone jack. a pop-up dialog box will appear then select Mic in. Let apps access the microphone

Dec 20, 2024 · I have a headset with a dedicated mic. When I plug it into any port, I am asked to select whether it is headphones, a microphone, or a line-in. Whichever option I select, it works, but it does not function in the other way. If I select microphone, it records audio fine but plays no sound through the headphones.
