When a user clicks the link, they will be prompted to enter a password before they can access the file. You'll need to provide this password separately to anyone you want to share the file with.

If you need to receive a blocked file, ask the sender to upload the file to OneDrive or SharePoint and send you a link. Once you receive the link, you can open the file location and download the file.
