Aster - ’Dragon Improved’ Asters are a beautiful choice for late summer and fall color. Dragon Improved produces blue rays with yellow center disks. Asters are an easy to grow perennial that grow well in aver-age soils, but prefer moist well -drained soil in full sun. They will tolerate light shading. They grow approximately 12” in height.

This is a medium-sized selection with single mauve to soft lavender-blue blossoms. Pinch plants before July to maintain a cushion effect. Excellent for cutting.
