Harley-Davidson announced that its board of directors appointed Artie Starrs as president and chief executive officer, effective October 1. Starrs previously held leadership positions at Topgolf and Pizza Hut.

Harley-Davidson Inc. has hired the CEO of Dallas-based Topgolf International as its new CEO. Artie Starrs' exit from Topgolf comes as the golf entertainment giant and its parent company continue to work toward a split.
