Tony Evers ordered flags to fly at half-staff Saturday in remembrance of former Wisconsin State Sen. Tim Cullen, who died Dec. 23 at the age of 80. In a Dec. 24 statement, Evers said Cullen "was a dedicated public servant who devoted much of his life to good governance and improving the state that raised him.
