WASHINGTON (TNND) — Russian President Vladimir Putin praised President Donald Trump on Thursday for "making vigorous efforts to end the fighting in Ukraine" ahead of their summit in Alaska on Friday.

Officials said there were so many 911 calls, they had to start deciding which to prioritize, putting some callers on hold.
