Jordan Goodwin made the go-ahead free throw with 0.4 seconds left, Devin Booker scored 23 of his 25 points in the second half and the Phoenix Suns escaped with a 99-98 victory over the Golden State Warriors on Thursday night.
Ahead of the contest, Suns coach Jordan Ott revealed his honest thoughts about Draymond Green. Ott and Green both started at Michigan State in the same year, 2008. In the four years that the defensive forward played for the college, the 40-year-old worked under Tom Izzo.

The Phoenix Suns will be without Grayson Allen in Thursday's game against the Golden State Warriors. Allen was listed as questionable earlier Thursday, but he was ultimately ruled out with right knee soreness. He has started in all 18 games he's played. Jalen Green (hamstring) and Isaiah Livers (hip) are also out.
The Warriors jumped out to a 14-point lead early in the the third quarter, but a 20-6 run led by Phoenix lifer Booker — 12 points in that stretch — led to a tie at 66. The Suns were aggressive in double-teaming Steph Curry, who had scored 87 points over the past two games, daring other Warriors to beat them.
