Sen. John Fetterman (D-PA) warned Democrats not to underestimate former President Donald Trump’s formidable following in Pennsylvania, a battleground state Vice President Kamala Harris wants to win in order to secure the election this fall.

Sen. John Fetterman (D-Pa.) said he thinks former President Trump has a “special” place among Pennsylvania voters and it only deepened after a gunman opened fire at a Trump rally in the state in July.

The Democratic senator on Thursday recalled realizing in 2016 the former president is 'really connected' to Pennsylvania.

Pennsylvania's highest court on Friday said it will consider whether counties must accept provisional ballots cast on election day at polling places by voters whose mail-in ballots lacked secrecy envelopes or were rejected for other flaws.

The Republican National Committee argued that counties do not have the authority to allow voters in the swing state to correct ballots that do not comply with the rules.
