This isn't the first time the athletic wear company has levied an accusation against a retailer selling supposed Lululemon dupes.

Lululemon is accusing Costco of leading customers to believe that these dupes, slang for duplicates, “are in fact manufactured by the authentic supplier of the ‘original’ products.”

Zip Pullover purchased from Costco will set you back about $8. In a lawsuit, Lululemon Athletica alleged that the Danskin pullover and other products sold at Costco are illegal knockoffs of Lululemon’s premium activewear.
