Alef shook the internet after unveiling a prototype of its flying car, dubbed the Model A, in 2022. The company claimed the 100% electric flying car can drive up to 220 miles with a 110-mile flight range.
The car that lets you fly over traffic
On the road, the car has 320 km range and speeds limited to 40–55 kmph (so it’s quite slow). In the air, the car has a 175 km flying range, cruising at 175 kmph. It’s also easy to use, according to the CEO. Learning to fly takes just 15 minutes (yes, really), and it’s similar to flying a drone.
