If you're not a fan of Gemini, Android Auto is getting several standalone upgrades, too. Google says that the app catalog has been expanding to include more categories like games and video, and it's expanding the digital car key feature to more vehicles, like Audi, Volvo, and Polestar.

Google has been constantly making some changes to Android Auto for a while now. More recently, the Android Auto 14.1 beta update added support for Android games in the main view. However, you can only access the list of games or play them when you have your car parked.
