Social media influencer Iván Buhajeruk, better known as 'Spreen', started an Argentine league match despite having never played professionally - and the stunt has angered football players and fans.

A top flight team in Argentina has fielded a social media influencer in a league match, in a move that upset rival players.

Argentine club Deportivo Riestra were branded "shameful" and a "disgrace" after putting an influencer into the starting line-up for Monday's top-flight game against leaders Velez Sarsfield before substituting him inside the first minute.
