Dozens of tow truck drivers gathered on Christmas at a park-and-ride off Interstate 94 to remember one of their own with a vigil. Hussain Farhat, 40, was killed on Christmas Eve when a blue minivan struck him while he was loading a disabled car on the freeway.

Hundreds of tow truck drivers have shown Farhat's family support since he was hit by a blue minivan along Interstate 94 on Christmas Eve.

The tow truck driver who was hit by a minivan and later died on Dec. 24 in Waukesha County has now been identified, and a suspect is now in custody, according to the Waukesha County Sheriff's Office. The sheriff's office said the tow truck driver has been identified as Hussain Farhat, an employee of Yaffo Towing, which is out of Chicago, Illinois.

Authorities say the tow truck operator was loading a vehicle on I-94 when he was struck by a blue minivan. The driver didn't stop after the collision.

The Metropolitan Police said officers were called at 6.49pm on October 1 following reports of a collision on Brixton Road near the junction with Handforth Road, in south London
