A Vietnamese tourist who survived the capsizing of a pleasure boat which killed at least 38 people has spoken of his ordeal.

At least 34 people have died and several are still missing after a tourist boat capsized in Vietnam during bad weather.

The Wonder Sea boat was carrying 48 passengers and five crew members — all of them Vietnamese — on a tour of Ha Long Bay, a popular destination, according to the reports.
