Solomon Peña has been sentenced in federal court after his conviction in politically motivated shootings that happened in 2022 and 2023. A federal indictment claimed Peña plotted four shootings at the homes of elected officials from Dec. 4, 2022, to Jan. 3, 2023. Peña was arrested later in January 2023.
