A California man has been accused of sexually assaulting a 14-year-old boy with autism during an in-home therapy session.

Salvador Armando Arriaga, 32, an in-home therapist was caught with a half-naked 14-year-old boy with autism during a treatment session, according to the Orange County District Attorney.
