A federal appeals court said Saturday that President Donald Trump can move ahead for another week with construction of a massive new White House ballroom while judges consider the project.

The White House threw cold water on the prospect of President Donald Trump using a nuclear weapon against Iran, hours after he warned that “a whole civilization will die tonight” if its leaders fail to meet his deadline and come to a deal.
