A third person in Louisiana has been arrested and charged with helping the inmates who escaped from a New Orleans jail last week, state police announced late Thursday.

A Slidell woman was arrested and accused of helping a fugitive who is still at large from the massive New Orleans jail break elude capture, Louisiana State Police said.
