Justin Verlander continues Tour de Orange with Giants deal. Plus, could Angels make a move?
Justin Verlander — formerly of the Tigers, Astros (twice) and Mets — has signed with the Giants for one year and $15 million. Verlander, who turns 42 next month, is a nine-time All-Star, three-time Cy Young winner and the active leader in strikeouts (3,416, nine ahead of Max Scherzer) and wins (262, 46 ahead of Scherzer).
