Police charged Ray Hacker, 31, of York, in connection with the May crash near the Fishing Creek exit that killed a motorcyclist on his 21st birthday.

The crash occurred on May 19, 2024 in Fairview Township, state police said. Police said the suspect was involved in a road rage incident.
