The legal battle over President Trump’s move to end birthright citizenship is far from over despite his major Supreme Court victory limiting nationwide injunctions.

The U.S. Supreme Court on Friday issued a major decision scaling back the power of federal judges to block presidential policies nationwide, in what is considered a major win for the Trump administration’s efforts to end birthright citizenship for children born in the U.

The Supreme Court’s ruling narrowed the authority of federal judges but still left open several channels to challenge the president’s executive order banning birthright citizenship.
