Maryland-based company Upper Crust Crest Hill Bakery is voluntarily recalling three types of bread because fragments of glass were found on the top of the bread, according to a report from the FDA.

The recalled breads were sold at stores in six states: California, Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, Ohio, and Pennsylvania.
