Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday (13 November) launched multiple development projects worth over Rs 12,100 crore in Bihar. He laid the foundation stone of AIIMS, Darbhanga which will be constructed with an estimated cost of over Rs 1,260 crore.
