This week, a federal judge sided with Harvard in one of its two lawsuits, blocking an order by President Trump to prevent international students from enrolling.

Donald Trump has suffered a major legal setback in his dispute with Harvard University. On Thursday, U.S. District Judge Allison Burroughs issued a two-page temporary restraining order ruling that the Trump administration cannot bar international students at the university from entering the U.

Since its initial criticism of Harvard as a place where antisemitism was condoned or ignored during last spring’s pro-Palestinian protests, the government’s list of complaints about the nation’s oldest and wealthiest university has grown by the day.
