Winter weather advisories for all 21 counties are in effect with ice and up to 3 inches of snow possible in spots.

A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect until 6 a.m. Thursday.Widespread freezing rain and drizzle will continue to increase Wednesday evening, causing untreated roads, sidewalks, and driveways to become icy and slick.

"February is kicking off with a very stormy pattern," AccuWeather meteorologist Bernie Rayno said. "A parade of three winter storms will bring snow, ice and sleet to millions of people from the Midwest through the Northeast.”
