Today marks the third day of the York State Fair. It is UPMC Heroes Appreciation Day. Free admission plus one guest will be offered for firefighters, police, EMS, veterans, active-duty military and all healthcare personnel with proper identification. The 10-day fair will be held July 18 through July 27.

On Tuesday, July 22, the FerryHawks will honor the eight teams participating in the 2025 Little League New York State All-Star 12-year-old baseball tournament during their game at SIUH Community Park. First pitch is set for 6:30 p.m., with a special pregame ceremony to recognize the tournament teams on the field.
