Authorities in the Dominican Republic are interviewing a young man believed to have been with a missing student from the University of Pittsburgh right before her disappearance in Punta Cana, a local police source told CNN.

Sudiksha Konanki, 20, was last seen in the early morning of March 6 entering the beach of the Punta Cana hotel she was staying at with her friends.
