Royal Caribbean has revealed plans for its newest Icon series ship, promising more attractions and adventures at sea. Here's when it's slated to launch.

Legend of the Seas is the third cruise ship in Royal Caribbean's Icon Class series, currently under construction in Turku, Finland. It joined Icon of the Seas, which debuted in Miami in January 2024, and Star of the Seas, which will debut in Port Canaveral in August.

The third ship in Royal Caribbean’s Icon Class is set to debut in July of 2026 with a season of far-flung weeklong sailings. It's also sailing under a familiar name. We have the details.

The next Icon Class ship will carry the name Legend of the Seas, Royal Caribbean International said in a press release. Currently under construction at the Meyer Turku shipyard, the 250,800-ton vessel will debut in the Western Mediterranean in July 2026.
