Oasis have announced a new film is set to be made about their upcoming reunion tour, which will be produced by Peaky Blinders creator Steven Knight.

Oasis — a notoriously chill band — are going on tour for the first time since 2009 beginning this July. Along the way, they will be filmed for a movie about the reunion, produced by Steven Knight ( Peaky Blinders) and directed by Dylan Southern and Will Lovelace ( Meet Me In The Bathroom ).

The Peaky Blinders ‘ creator, Steven Knight, is hopeful the upcoming film will be shown on the silver screen. Knight, who also wrote the hit Netflix show, recently told The Playlist about the highly-anticipated film that finished shooting a few months ago and it’s star-studded cast.
