BRUSSELS — Europe’s top diplomats are assessing a new deal with Israel to deliver humanitarian aid to Gaza, according to Kaja Kallas, the European Union’s foreign policy chief.

BRUSSELS (Reuters) -There have been some signs of more trucks and supplies getting to Gaza but the European Union doesn't see enough improvement on the ground, the EU's foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas said on Monday, ahead of a meeting with senior Middle Eastern and EU officials in Brussels.

Egypt's foreign minister said on Monday that the flow of aid into Gaza has not increased despite an agreement last week between Israel and the European Union that should have had that result.
