Jazz Chisholm Jr. has The Seventy Percent Solution. While most athletes talk about the urge to give 100% or even 110%, the New York Yankees infielder thinks his success since returning from the injured list has been caused by limiting his intensity.

Chisholm has been on a tear since returning from the IL, going 3-for-5 with a three-run homer, four RBIs and two stolen bases Friday.

In his last two games, Chisholm has hit rockets, mostly up the middle, and his OPS is back up to .797, much more in line with what the Yankees expected when they acquired him from the Marlins at last year’s trade deadline.
