A group from the Louisiana Legislature said the state should get some say in who performs when the Super Bowl is in New Orleans, and those performances should be more 'family-friendly.' No lawmakers from New Orleans signed the letter.

A group of 17 state legislators cited past performances by Jennifer Lopez, Rihanna and Janet Jackson as "lewd," "offensive" and "vulgar."

Hodges told the host that her family of avid football fans has had to, over the past "several" Super Bowls, avoid watching the "increasingly more inappropriate and more vulgar" performances through the years.
