Waiting for a moment like this. Kelly Clarkson returned to her eponymous daytime talk show on Tuesday following a sudden and unexplained absence for a little over a week. However, the singer-turned-TV personality failed to address what caused her to mysteriously disappear from her hosting duties this month.

Since Feb. 28, Kelly Clarkson has missed several episodes of the show. She didn’t appear in the March 3 taping of the show and was replaced by guest host Simu Liu who revealed that he learned about the gig “five minutes” before stepping out on stage, where he was supposed to attend as a guest.

Kelly Clarkson has quickly become a daytime TV staple, but her recent absence from her talk show has fans somewhat worried and wondering where she could be. Over the past two weeks, a handful of celebrities have stepped in to guest host episodes of "The Kelly Clarkson Show.
