It's been confirmed that Lonely Mountains: Snow Riders will be joining the Xbox Game Pass lineup on Tuesday, January 21. Microsoft revealed the first wave of new Xbox Game Pass games for January 2025 at the beginning of the month, though many subscribers pointed out that the offerings were rather bare.

Xbox Game Pass subscribers will be able to play Lonely Mountains: Snow Riders on January 21st, the day it launches on Xbox and Steam.

While the PC, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S versions of My Time at Sandrock have been available as part of the Game Pass Ultimate catalog since the summer of 2025, Microsoft made it available to Game Pass Standard subscribers earlier this week. It’s also on PS4, PS5, and Nintendo Switch.

The Xbox Game Pass Ultimate content catalog expands to include two more titles, which happen to have been released 27 years apart.
