In an interesting turn of events, the Nets are moving on from guard Cam Thomas, but not via a trade. Instead, the Nets are waiving Thomas, allowing him to find a new team.

Cam Thomas has signed with the Milwaukee Bucks after getting waived by the Brooklyn Nets. The 24-year-old guard Thomas averaged 15.6 points, 3.1 assists, 1.8 rebounds and 24.3 minutes in 24 games with Brooklyn this season.

Cam Thomas is set to join the Milwaukee Bucks. His agent confirmed the agreement. The Bucks were reportedly the only team showing genuine interest. Thomas was waived by the Brooklyn Nets after trade talks failed.
