Sean Kingston will spend 3½ behind bars, a judge decided Friday, for his involvement in a $1-million fraud scheme. His mom is serving 5 years for the same crime.

Kingston, 35, and his mother, Janice Turner, were found guilty in May of defrauding luxury businesses of more than $1 million.

Sean Kingston, famous for hits such as "Beautiful Girls" and "Eenie Meenie" with Justin Bieber, has been sentenced to three and a half years in prison after his mother was sentenced to five years in prison and three years of supervised release.
