Four members of San Diego State University (SDSU)’s Phi Kappa Psi fraternity have pleaded not guilty to criminal charges relating to a stunt that allegedly involved deliberately setting one of its new members, known as a pledge, on fire, causing him to suffer third-degree burns.

Four fraternity members at San Diego State University are facing felony charges in connection with a skit performed at party in which a pledge was set on fire.

Prosecutors said that a skit last year left a San Diego State University student with third-degree burns over 16 percent of his body.
