He kicked off the tournament with 96 Roland Garros triumphs, and the 100th came in the fourth round against Norrie. Novak earned a dominant 6-2, 6-3, 6-2 triumph in two hours and 14 minutes.

Djokovic ended the set by emerging victorious in six of the final seven games, taking a commanding lead. Norrie had an opportunity to stop his run in the second set by forcing a break point with the score tied 3-3, but Djokovic fought through five attempts to get through deuce and held serve.
