Do you want cards with that? McDonald’s has launched a limited-time Pokémon Happy Meal, sending fans of all ages scrambling for their share of the coveted collectible loot — with some heading straight to eBay to resell their hauls for hundreds.

McDonald's has launched its 2025 Pokémon-theme deal that allows the card collectors to continue adding to their stacks each time they purchase a Happy Meal. The Golden Arches have released Pokémon cards in previous years,

Available until late February, the Pokémon Happy Meals come with a booster pack with four of 15 Pokémon cards and a Pokémon poster with stickers.

When McDonald’s brought back Pokemon Happy Meals for 2025, it wasn’t just kids rushing to collect trading cards and themed boxes.

Fans will have a chance to discover various Pokémon, including fan-favorite Dragon-type Pokémon inside one of four Pokémon-themed Happy Meal box designs featuring Charizard, Pikachu and Dragonite together, Rayquaza, and Roaring Moon.

Each meal box comes with a Pokémon trading card game booster pack featuring four of 15 collectible trading cards, McDonald’s said in a news release. It also includes a Pokémon poster and a sticker sheet for decorating. Pricing information wasn’t immediately available.
