Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly opened talks with Manchester City over a move for 21-year-old Brazilian winger Savinho. Spurs are looking to strengthen their attack after Son Heung-min’s move to LAFC and James Maddison’s long-term ACL injury which will keep him out for most of the season.

Tottenham look set to return with an offer to sign Savinho from Manchester City. Brazilian journalist Jorge Nicola has reported that Manchester City hopes to receive a transfer fee of around £67 million for Savinho.

Tottenham have instigated talks over a move for Savinho, but have been told Man City are reluctant to sanction a transfer, sources have told ESPN.
