In the 40-yard dash, Emmanwori ran an official 4.38 seconds. To put that into perspective, Texas cornerback Jahdae Brown ran his 40 in 4.39 seconds and weighs just 194 pounds. Brown is considered one of the most athletic and speediest corners in the draft, and Emmanwori did more, being 26 pounds heavier.

While working out among fellow defensive backs in the 2025 class, the safety broke a combine history at Lucas Oil Stadium. As pointed out by Warren Sharp of Sharp Football, Emmanwori's 43-inch vertical jump was the highest ever recorded at the event by someone weighing at least 200 pounds.

Emmanwori, one of the biggest safeties at 6-foot-3, 220 pounds, said he expected to run the 40-yard dash in the “4.3s.” For reference: No safety at the 2024 NFL Combine ran the 40 in under 4.40 seconds. Sure enough, Emmanwori was right again.
