Kelsey Mitchell scored 38 points, Lexie Hull hit a corner 3-pointer with 44.9 seconds to play and the Indiana Fever rallied from 21 points down and beat the Connecticut Sun 99-93 in overtime.

The Fever are 2-1 vs. the Sun in 2025. Indiana beat Connecticut 88-71 on June 17 in a game that featured altercations involving Indiana's Caitlin Clark and Sophie Cunningham, and Connecticut's Jacy Sheldon (since traded), Marina Mabrey, Tina Charles and Lindsay Allen.

Sophie Cunningham was helped off the court in the second quarter of Indiana’s game against the Connecticut Sun after Bria Hartley fell into her leg. Cunningham was in visible pain as she clutched her knee before she was helped off the court and to the locker room. The Fever quickly announced she would return to the game.
