The snack sticks included in the recall were packaged at a single facility in Idaho from Jan. 16 through Jan. 23, the company said.

Chomps has reportedly recalled approximately 29,541 pounds of beef and turkey sticks. The recall affected "specific lots of 1.15 oz Original Beef," including 8-count and 12-count packages of single sticks, and 1.15-oz Original Turkey Single Stick packaged between Jan. 6 and Jan. 23, according to the recall announcement.

More than 14 tons of Chomps meat sticks have been recalled after reports of pieces of metal found in the food product.
